Goodmakers Guild
Guild members are storytellers and creators of all kinds whose work carries a vision of beauty, truth, and goodness informed by what C.S. Lewis called the “True Myth” and who have a project ready to grow.
We also serve patrons––especially donors with donor-advised funds—who want their giving to shape culture instead of just reacting to it.
Around both are the collaborators and consultants who lend their craft to members' projects.
What We Do
We curate a community of authors, filmmakers, comics creators, songwriters, podcasters and other storytellers, then surround each one with what their project needs.
Members gather for retreats and craft accelerators, where small cohorts take each member's project to its next stage.
Between gatherings, members receive both one-on-one and group consulting and are paired with collaborators who can fill gaps in their team.
When a project is ready, we prepare it for funding through the Cultural Renewal Fund and the Prospect funding platform, connecting creators with patrons who believe in the work.
